Groups A and B: 6min to establish:

Max Strength: Athletes choose the weight on the bar and aim to find max 3RM –
TOUCH-AND-GO POWER CLEAN – Athletes must take the bar from the floor and get it to their shoulder height with the knees and hips fully extended for three touch-and-go repetitions. The athlete must catch the bar with the hips above the height of the knee and then stand to full extension for the repetition to be considered a power clean.
Athletes may hold the bar in the front rack position, or in a hang position as long as they like. If the athlete drops the bar before the completion of the third repetition, this is a failed attempt.
Touch-and-go means touch-and-go, the bar should not spend any time on the floor. As soon as the bar touches the floor, the athlete must take the bar to shoulder height in one movement. Athletes can not perform a hang variation in groups A and B.
HANG POWER CLEAN – Athletes must take the bar from the floor to hang position. They must then power clean the bar to their shoulder height with the knees and hips fully extended for three repetitions. The athlete must catch the bar with the hips above the height of the knee and then stand to full extension for the repetition to be considered a power clean.
